Do you sell freshwater and saltwater fish?
Currently we sell freshwater livestock only, however we carry supplies for saltwater such as salt, dosing chemicals, and food.
Do you sell aquatic plants?
We have an extensive selection of the healthiest aquatic plants from top growers such as Tropica and ADA.
Can we request to order a fish?
We are always happy to be on the lookout for specific species of fish upon request.
Do you have a guarantee on your fish?
All of our fish have been through a quarantine and medication process lasting for a minimum of 7 days. Our guarantee covers losses within 48 hours of purchase.
Do you test water?
We test for pH, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate at no cost. Additional tests may have a cost.
DO you take in fish?
Because of our extensive quarantine process, we are not able to take in fish as trade-ins.
Do you buy fish from local breeders?
We love being able to sell locally bred fish. Local breeders can contact us at info@freshtidesaquatics.com or stop in the store to inquire about a species we may be interested in.
